Cambiar filtros y membrana de ósmosis en una planta básica de 5 etapas

 Hola de nuevo, en el post de hoy vamos a hablaros del adecuado mantenimiento de una “PLANTA DE ÓSMOSIS”, fundamental para beber un agua en correctas condiciones.

A lo largo de nuestra experiencia profesional vendiendo plantas y filtros, nos hemos encontrado a muchas personas que intentando ahorrarse un dinero, compraban los filtros sin asesorarse y tenían dos clases de problemas: los filtros no eran los adecuados o no sabían cómo instalarlos. Para evitar lo primero podéis consultarnos sin compromiso el equipo que tenéis y os asesoraremos sobre el modelo adecuado y para lo segundo, os enseñamos ahora como hacerlo.

Entrando en materia os explicamos paso a paso como realizar el cambio de filtros:

 

El cambio de filtros habitualmente se realiza una vez al año y las membranas cada dos, que es el caso que os vamos a presentar, pudiéndose realizar con mayor frecuencia dependiendo de la calidad del agua de la zona. 

PRIMER PASO: TENER EL MATERIAL NECESARIO

SEGUNDO PASO: CERRAMOS LLAVE DE PASO ENTRADA DE AGUA A LA PLANTA Y AL DEPÓSITO

Como se puede observar en la imágenes, es la llave de entrada de agua en la planta, así cuando abramos los diferentes vasos de la planta no saldrá agua.

 

 

Y la de entrada al depósito para evitar que pueda entrar agua durante el proceso de cambio de filtros.

TERCER PASO: ABRIMOS LOS DIFERENTES VASOS CON LA LLAVE ANCHA

Se abre uno por uno los diferentes vasos (carcasas blancas grandes) con la llave negra que habitualmente va con el equipo, recomendamos poner un recipiente debajo puesto que están llenos de agua.

Normalmente los vasos están sucios por dentro, se pueden fregar con un estropajo para eliminar posibles residuos.

 

CUARTO PASO: SE PONEN LOS FILTROS NUEVOS EN EL ORDEN INDICADO

Se abre uno por uno los diferentes vasos (carcasas blancas grandes) con la precaución de poner un recipiente debajo puesto que están llenos de agua.

 

QUINTO PASO: SE QUITA LA TAPA DE LA MEMBRANA Y SE CAMBIA

Se realiza el mismo proceso con la membrana, en www.osmolightpieces.com podéis ver que las que ofrecemos son de 80 GPD, esto es debido a que son las que mejor filtración producen, el proceso es un poco más lento pero garantiza una mayor calidad del agua, también tenemos de 50 y 75 GPD que si os interesan nos lo podéis pedir.
 

Para desenroscar el porta-membranas se necesita una llave un poco más pequeña que en la mayoría de ocasiones no la proporcionan con la planta, pero podéis adquirirla en nuestra tienda por un precio muy económico y ya la tendréis para futuros mantenimientos (artículos RO044 y RO045 de nuestra tienda online: http://www.osmolightpieces.com/es/6-accesorios-osmosis).
 

Una precaución que tenéis que tener es que para que podáis desenroscar la tapa, tenéis que quitar el codo ya que si no retorceréis la tubería y eso puede estropearla. Es tan sencillo como desenroscarla como en la foto y quitar la tubería.

Como podéis observar en la foto, está sucio, se puede limpiar con un estropajo. Para sacar el filtro si os cuesta, podéis ayudaros con unas tenazas.

Recordar poner la nueva membrana en la misma posición que muestra la imagen.

Una vez cambiado, volvéis a poner el tubito como estaba y lo enroscais.

SEXTO PASO: SE VUELVE A COLOCAR TODO EN SU SITIO

Se coloca cada vaso y portamembranas en su sitio, tal y como estaba al inicio.

Como consejo, siempre es recomendable adquirir un medidor de TDS (artículo RO041 en la tienda online: http://www.osmolightpieces.com/es/6-accesorios-osmosis) para poder comparar los residuos que hay en el agua del grifo normal con la obtenida a través de la planta de ósmosis. Si la planta esta en perfectas condiciones, tiene que eliminar aproximadamente el 80-90% de los residuos TDS.

THIRD STEP: OPEN THE DIFFERENT VESSELS WITH THE WIDE KEY

FOURTH STEP: PUT NEW FILTERS IN THE ORDER INDICATED

FIFTH STEP: REMOVE THE MEMBRANE CAP AND WILL CHANGE

A precaution that you must have is that so you can unscrew the CAP, you must remove the elbow as if you not retorceréis piping and that may damage it. It is as simple as unscrewing it as in the photo and remove pipe.

As you can see in the photo, it is dirty, it can be cleaned with a scouring pad. To remove the filter if you have trouble, you can help you with a pair of pliers.

Remember to put the new membrane in the same position that shows the image.

Once changed, turn to put the tube as it was and the comeback to screw.

 

SIXTH STEP: WILL REPLACE EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE

Place each glass and membrane vessels in place, as it was at the beginning.

As advice, it is always advisable to purchase a TDS meter (article RO041 online store: http://www.osmolightpieces.com/es/6-accesorios-osmosis) in order to compare the waste that there is in the normal tap with that obtained through the osmosis plant. If the plant is in perfect condition, need to delete approximately 80-90% of waste TDS.

Sustituir bombillas halógenas Lineales 100w por bajo consumo E27 23w

Hola a todos,

Como podréis imaginar tras el post anterior, he llenado mi casa de bombillas G9 9w puesto que el tamaño es más pequeño que otras de bajo consumo y van muy bien para huecos pequeños, en total he puesto 23 bombillas unas han sustituido lineales de 100w y otras halógenas pequeñas bi-pin de 60w, una pasada en trabajo y desde luego AHORRO en toda la casa.

En otros lugares como un baño grande, tenía lámparas que había más hueco interior y puesto que las de bajo consumo de rosca gruesa (E27) son más económicas, puedo poner de mayores potencias e intensidad, decidí poner un casquillo grueso E27 y una bombilla de bajo consumo de 23w.

Hi all,

As you can imagine after the previous post, I have filled my house of light bulbs G9 9w since the size is smaller than other low consumption and they are going very well for small gaps, in total have put 23 bulbs some have replaced linear 100w and other halogen small bi-pin 60w, a work pass and since then SAVING throughout the House.

Sustituir bombillas lineales 100w por bajo consumo G9 9w

Hola,

Yo no sé si os ha pasado a vosotros esto, supongo que a muchos sí, hace unos 6 años me compré una casa y como todo lo que había era prosperidad, progreso, aumentos de nómina y por supuesto mucho trabajo, pues me compré entre otras muchas cosas las lámparas que más gustaron a mí familia, sin pensar ni en el coste y mucho menos el consumo de electricidad, vamos que solo me encargué de pasar la tarjeta.

En esa época lo que más se llevaba eran lámparas modernas con bombillas halógenas lineales de 100-150w y las pequeñitas de 40-50w que ninguno de nosotros nos parábamos a mirar lo que consumían, solo el modelo.

Pero conforme ha pasado el tiempo, la factura no ha parado de subir, entre los radiadores, la refrigeración y la iluminación he llegado a tener facturas de 300-400 euros, lo cual hoy en día es bastante insoportable, así que desde hace un par de años, me he dedicado a controlar el gasto de mi vivienda, he sustituido algunas cosas por otras de mucho menor consumo que os iré contando poco a poco y aprovecho para enseñar a otros a cómo hacerlo. Os parecerá una tontería, pero he conseguido reducir la factura y hoy en día como máximo gasto 50€ al mes, también os digo lo comentado anteriormente en el post de presentación, sin esfuerzo y sin ganas, no se consigue.

Así que en este segundo post, os voy a explicar cómo he conseguido sustituir las 4 bombillas halógenas lineales de 100w que tenía en el dormitorio en dos lámparas y sustituirlas por cuatro bombillas de bajo consumo G9 9w, logrando un ahorro de un 1.100%, parece una tontería pero os aseguro que en la factura se nota, y más cuando tienes el vestidor en el dormitorio.

He de advertiros que es importante que las bombillas que pongáis de bajo consumo sean de calidad, ya que dos bombillas de 9w aparentemente iguales pueden no solo hacer diferente intensidad de luz, si no durar mucho menos de lo esperado, por eso nosotros os recomendamos evidentemente las de nuestra tienda web, no son las más económicas del mercado pero podemos aseguraros que tienen una relación calidad-precio difícil de igualar y os invitamos a comprobarlo.

We were only thinking about halogen lineal lamps and the tiny ones 40-50 w, without considering what these lamps could eat.

But since then, invoices have not stopped climbing. Bills arrived to reach 300-400 e, amount quite unbearable in our days. Therefore since a couple of years ago I have been controlling all expenses of my home.
 

I have replaced some things for others wirh a much lower consumption which I will describe little by little and will take the opportunity to show others how to do it.

It might seem unimportant, but I've managed to reduce the invoice and today my  maximum spending are 50€ a month, I will also tell you about what we mention above in the post of presentation: without effort and desire almost nothing can be achieved.

 

So in this second post, I will explain how I managed to replace 4 linear halogen bulbs of 100w having in the bedroom in two lamps and replace them with four light bulbs of low consumption G9 9w, achieving a saving of 1.100%, seems silly but I assure you that in the Bill noted, and more when you have the dressing room in the bedroom.

I have to warn you that it is important that the bulbs you put low consumption are of quality, since both bulbs of 9w apparently equal can not only do different light intensity, if not last much less than expected, so we obviously we recommend from our web store, are not the cheapest on the market but we can assure you that they have a hard to beat value and we invite you to check it.
